What if my installed products are no longer working?

For smart home products that have been installed and are not functioning properly, we offer a smart home diagnostic service.

How do I know the HDMI Sync Box will work with my TV?

The Sync Box plugs into any HDMI port in most TVs. The Sync Box requires external streaming devices to work and apps built into the smart TV will not work with the Sync Box.

What do I need to be prepared for my Philips Hue installation appointment?

In order to be prepared for your HDMI Sync Box + Bridge Installation appointment, please ensure all parts, instructions and packaging are available for your appointment.

Will Philips Hue install in my area?

The Outdoor Wall Light, Outdoor Wall Light + Bridge, Wall Switch Module, and Wall Switch are only available to be installed in the following states:
