SureCall Signal Booster Diagnostic
Service is applicable to existing SureCall signal boosters installation, including Flare and Fusion4Home models. Service covers troubleshooting of entire setup, including signal booster, outdoor antenna, wiring, and power. Resolve minor issues if possible or recommend next steps for larger repairs. Product must be purchased & installed separately.

Can OnTech install a SureCall booster kit at my office?
OnTech installs SureCall signal boosters exclusively in residential homes. If assistance is needed for other types of buildings please contact SureCall customer service.

Can I purchase my SureCall signal booster from OnTech?
SureCall signal boosters can be purchased from a Authorized SureCall Retailers. Upon receiving your booster kit, please contact OnTech for same- or next-day installation.
Can I book installation before I receive my signal booster?
Due to potential shipping delays, we do not recommend booking your installation before you receive your product.
Can I use my OnTech+ benefits with SureCall installation?
Unfortunately, OnTech+ membership benefits cannot be applied toward SureCall signal booster installation or troubleshooting.
