Will OnTech teach me how to use my new Smart Door Lock?

Yes. As part of our service guarantee, your OnTech technician will show you how to use your Smart Door Lock device(s) and any associated apps.

Does a Smart Door Lock installation required drilling new holes in my door?

OnTech will install all smart door locks that have a cylindrical deadbolt. If your door requires any modifications, our technician will quote the additional cost.

How much is OnTech Smart Door Lock Installation?

The first Smart Door Lock Installation is $129.99, and all subsequent Smart Door Lock Installations are $94.99 - If your smart device requires additional non-standard add-ons (e.g. required doorbell transformer, deadbolt replacement, etc.) the technician will assess the work and quote the additional cost.

A Smart Door Lock allows you to lock or unlock your door remotely, create passcodes for visitors, and get alerts when someone locks or unlocks the door.

Our Smart Home techs will teach you how to use all your smart lock features. We’ll download the app on your mobile phone so you can use the lock from anywhere. We’ll help you setup alerts, passcodes and show you how to change out the battery.  If you have a compatible voice assistant, we’ll connect it to your smart lock too.
