If you’ve purchased OnTech+ from us in the past, see what your plan covers. OnTech+ is no longer available for new members.

1Access to 24/7 tech support and $49 installation services begins immediately. You must wait 30 days after enrollment to file a claim. This plan continues monthly until canceled. The plan will cover mechanical and electrical breakdowns and, for eligible products, includes coverage for accidental damage from normal handling such as cracked screens. There may be a service fee up to $99 per approved claim and there are limits of $2,000 per claim and $5,000 per rolling 12-month period. Your agreement with Asurion contains binding arbitration. You can find more details about the OnTech Smart Home Protect plan, including terms and conditions and how to access benefits, in the welcome kit that will be sent to you.
